Recently, we've identified a technical challenge related to re-engagement messages using the Meta API. Some messages may have failed to send due to an issue with code 131047. This error occurs when more than 24 hours have passed since the customer last replied to our number.
This is reported as an issue by the Meta team and they are working to fix this as soon as possible. However, as an immediate solution, they have suggested that recipient to delete the business number from the address book, and then add again.
